1. Introduction & Acceptance

These terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") apply between the gc99 online gaming platform ("Platform", "we", "us") and every individual who uses its services ("user", "member", "you").

3.2 Password & Login Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. Any unauthorised access to your account must be reported to the gc99 support team immediately. gc99 will not be liable for any loss resulting from negligence on your part.

3.3 Account Closure

You may request account closure at any time through the support team. However, please complete any valid balance withdrawals before closure, as access may not be possible after the account is closed.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount at gc99 is ৳500. The platform currently supports the following payment methods:

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. However, this time may increase if a verification process is ongoing or if unusual activity is suspected.

4.3 Third-Party Payments

Depositing from someone else's account or withdrawing to someone else's account is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be suspended and the associated funds will be placed under review.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members have the opportunity to receive a 120% bonus up to ৳15,000 on their first deposit. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,200. Or depositing ৳26,000 gives the maximum ৳15,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳41,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw after receiving a bonus, you must wager 25 times the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only, not on the sum of deposit + bonus). Example: for a ৳1,200 bonus, you must wager ৳1,200 × 25 = ৳30,000 before withdrawing the bonus funds.

5.3 Bonus Usage Terms

• Each bonus has a specific validity period; expired bonuses are cancelled.
• No promotion may be used together with another promotion unless explicitly permitted.
• gc99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus program at any time.
• If bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.

6. Gaming Policy & Fair Play

6.1 Game Results

All games on gc99 operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures completely fair and unbiased results. No game result can be predetermined or influenced.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination:

• Any form of cheating, software hacking, or use of bots
• Opening or operating multiple accounts
• Exploiting game vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage
• Colluding with other members to place bets
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal purpose

6.3 Technical Issues

If a game result becomes uncertain due to a server error or network issue, gc99 reserves the right to cancel that round and refund the wagered amount. In such cases, gc99's decision is final.

gc99's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Each tier offers weekly cashback:

• Bronze tier: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver tier: up to 0.7% weekly cashback
• Gold tier: up to 1.0% weekly cashback

It is possible to advance to a higher tier through active and regular play. gc99 reserves the right to modify the full VIP benefits policy at any time, but members will be notified in advance of any changes.

If any provision of these Terms becomes legally unenforceable, all remaining provisions will remain in full effect. Any delay by gc99 in enforcing a term is not an indication of waiver of that right.
